Why POA TANK?
The POA TANK (above-ground tanks) and the Loft Tank (in-house tanks) all come with a limited warranty of 10 years. Our water tanks are of high quality, double-layered, and have an expected lifespan of over 30+ years if correct site preparation, installation, and preservation are carried out.

How do I know which size tank I should purchase?
The main factors when choosing the size of a tank are the space available and your demand for water. The approximate dimensions for each tank have been indicated in the products page. For domestic use, you can use our water usage calculator as a guideline to calculate approximate usage based on the number of persons in the household.
What do I need to do before my tank is delivered?
The height of our trucks is up to 5 meters tall. Please ensure that there is sufficient space for our trucks to access your premises/delivery location and that there are no obstacles, e.g., small gates, inaccessible roads, low overhanging trees, power lines, or cables. Our driver and turnboy will assist in offloading your tank. Additional assistance may be needed for larger tanks or products; please have extra abled persons to assist. When rolling the tank, avoid sharp and rough surfaces so as to avoid damaging the tank. On receipt of the tank, please fill it with at least 2 to 3 inches of water to avoid it from blowing away.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. We offer FREE DELIVERY to all major towns within Kenya (Terms & Conditions apply). For locations outside our delivery grid, you may be charged a reasonable transport charge. Please call us for any clarifications on the same.
Does the price include installation?
The price does not include installation. Please refer to our Installation Guidelines for a basic understanding of the same. We highly recommend that you engage a professional for installation. Improper tank installation will void your warranty.
Does my tank have a warranty?
POA TANK above-ground cylindrical water storage tanks and loft tanks come with a limited warranty of a period of ten (10) years beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable for black tanks. The warranty does not apply to coloured tanks or customised  products. Please ask for a written warranty card during the purchase of your tank.
Do coloured tanks or other customised products have a warranty?
No. The warranty does not apply to coloured tanks customised  products. Warranty is applicable for black tanks only.

As for coloured tanks, the colour of your tank will fade faster, and after a short period of time, it will not look the same as when you purchased it. Due to photodegradation, sunlight causes irreversible changes in the compounds and molecules that gave a material its colour. As a result of these changes, the material gradually loses the ability to specifically absorb (and reflect) different parts of the visible spectrum, creating a faded appearance.
